## Description

We are seeking a Product Owner Personal Loans Risk Decisioning & Eligibility to lead the Enhanced Risk Assessment platform, managing business as usual operations while overseeing the migration to a new technology platform.

The ideal candidate will have a good technology delivery background, experience working in agile environments, and the ability to drive complex change. You will play a key role in credit risk decisioning, ensuring effective risk and control management across the platform and wider business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop customer level strategies and solutions tailored to customers' needs

- Be a Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team and guide stakeholders at all levels in the Bank

- Develop product propositions and service strategies, defining priorities for delivering outcomes

- Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks associated with new product development and launch

- Monitor market trends and analysis feedback to identify areas for improvement

- Manage comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments for products

- Monitor key metrics to assess product performance against set goals

**Vice President Expectations:**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change

- Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/processes

- Deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

**Requirements:**

- Considerable understanding of credit risk decisioning

- Experience with technology platforms and Agile delivery

- Risk and control management knowledge

- Experience working with technology teams

- People leadership capability

- Experience of lending products

**Location:** This role can be based in London, Manchester or Northampton.
