## Description

Anthropic is looking for a People Specialist to join their People Team. The successful candidate will support People Partners and cross-functional teams on tasks that help managers perform their jobs effectively, including performance cases, organisational changes, manager resources, and operational processes.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage performance casework, including building documentation, tracking timelines, and preparing talking points.

- Own and improve operational processes relied on by managers and People Partners.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance manager resources and documentation.

- Partner with Leadership Design on manager enablement programs.

- Pull and compile reports and data for sensitive personnel matters.

- Maintain and improve tracking systems for casework and manager enablement initiatives.

The role requires handling sensitive information with discretion, good judgment about what to share and with whom, and the ability to work with partial information and tight deadlines.

The annual compensation range for this role is $235,000-$300,000 USD.
