## Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Central African Republic (CAR) is seeking a National Data & Information Management Officer (NO-A) to promote community strengthening, state presence, and community resilience.

The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the management of databases and information systems for the project, as well as field data collection operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of databases and digital data collection tools.

- Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency.

- Coordinate the production of information management products, such as dashboards, maps, and statistical tables.

- Apply and enforce data protection, confidentiality, and security guidelines.

- Identify areas for improvement in data management systems and propose solutions.

- Supervise and coordinate field data collection activities.

- Provide guidance and support to data personnel.

- Ensure integration of cross-cutting issues, such as gender and protection.

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Information Management, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- At least two years of professional experience in data management and analysis.

- Experience in database development and maintenance.

- Strong computer skills in information management and data analysis.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.

- Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to others.
