## Description

We are seeking a Claims Analyst to join our Operations team at Insify. As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for handling claims, improving processes, and contributing to the development of our claims platform. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient claims handling.

Responsibilities:

- Handle intake, treatment, and settlement of damages

- Process disability claims and objections (AOV)

- Support customers with empathy and expertise

- Communicate with experts, lawyers, insurers, and reinsurers

- Contribute to process optimization, AI training, and automation

- Help build an innovative claims approach for multiple European countries

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in handling business claims

- Experience with AOV claims is a plus

- WFT Basis certification; WFT Schade particulier/zakelijk is a plus

- Strong verbal and written skills in Dutch and English

- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach

- Efficient and accurate work style
