## Description

The Training and Development Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance organisational competency and ensure compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and provide training plans according to job grade

- Promote skill development and talent growth based on required skills and competencies

- Manage induction programs for new employees

- Ensure proper implementation and management of necessary education and training during personnel changes

- Design, update, and maintain learning modules and curricula

- Establish and continuously improve training structures and processes

- Develop and operate a system to evaluate the effectiveness of education

- Record and analyse education outcomes and proficiency levels to confirm education effectiveness

- Improve education, talent development processes, and workflows

- Introduce and promote new education methods and efficient training techniques

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Autonomous work style and teamwork

- Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

- Coaching, teaching, and mentoring skills

- Project management

- Training design

- Prioritization and multitasking abilities

- Data management

- Customer orientation

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience

- Japanese communication skills
