## Description

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding, driving measurable improvements to the new-hire experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and tracking key metrics such as time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, and operational efficiency

- Designing and evolving cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows

- Building durable, modular product capabilities that scale across geographies, orgs, and brands

- Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR, and IT to translate complex process needs into intuitive product capabilities

- Setting the product vision and influencing senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions

Requirements include:

- A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end

- Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Experience operating across regions, legal contexts, or multiple brands
