## Description

We are seeking a Principal Technician - Structures to work on a variety of projects across different sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project engineers to develop drawing strategies and suggest efficient drawing production methods

- Utilize Revit software to create and model building elements using structural drawings, PDFs, or hand drafts

- Develop 3D reinforcement models and specifications for Revit structures

- Set up automation and Dynamo activities where possible

- Liaise with model managers from the client side to set up BIM models according to project standards

- Work with a small team to execute projects and assist the CAD/BIM manager in estimation and costing

- Prepare detailed design drawings for structures using various tools

- Understand international office standards and industry codes

Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience working on projects of various sizes

- Knowledge of structural and architectural outlook disciplines

- Proficiency in Revit environment, including steel, concrete, point cloud, pre-cast, and cast-in-situ working models

- Experience with 3D reinforcement Revit structures modeling and specifications

- Strong understanding of industry standards and international codes
