## Description

We are seeking an R&D Hardware Design Engineer to join our high-speed digital circuit design team, developing next-generation networking platforms.

As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high-performance, high-quality networking products.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring-up, debugging, and validation.

- Work hands-on with complex, high-speed digital designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.

- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept into production.

- Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.

- Execute empirical testing and root-cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.

- Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in systems and hardware design, including integrated circuits and complex electronic systems.

- Strong technical foundation in both digital and analog circuit design.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues.

- Solid knowledge of, and strong interest in, high-speed design concepts, including signal integrity challenges and power distribution techniques.

- Practical experience in measuring, testing, and characterizing high-speed digital signals.

- Proven board-level design experience using Cadence CAD tools such as OrCAD and Allegro.

- Proficient in programming and scripting languages including Python, Perl, and MATLAB.

- Mandarin Language Business Level proficiency is a requirement for this role.
