## Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work with customers to design, build, and support their networks, providing technical consulting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical consulting and problem-solving skills to customers

- Work with customers to design, build, and support their networks

- Create technical documentation and provide training to customers

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

- Network engineering experience

- Experience with network devices and IOS-XR/IOS-XE/NX-OS/IOS

- Japanese language skills

- English language skills (reading and writing)

- Experience with MPLS and Segment Routing is desirable

- Python and JSON scripting experience is desirable
