## Description

We are seeking a senior Solution Engineer to work with intelligence agencies in a classified environment. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, running discovery, architecting solutions, and building proof-of-concept environments that translate directly into mission value.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead deep technical and mission discovery with IC customers to uncover operational gaps and map requirements to the Salesforce platform

- Design and build secure, agentic solutions tailored to IC use cases

- Architect and prototype Agentforce-based solutions within classified environments

- Present technical architecture and business value to mission operators and senior IC leadership

- Support RFI/RFP responses and work closely with IC program offices to assess feasibility

- Partner with SNS Account Executives, Capture Managers, and Customer Success to drive pipeline and support pursuit strategy

- Act as a technical sounding board for the SE team and build reusable assets

- Feed structured Voice of the Customer feedback into Salesforce Product and Engineering

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of experience as a Solution or Sales Engineer supporting enterprise SaaS, CRM, or mission IT

- Degree in Computer Science

- Hands-on SaaS configuration, Data Architecture, Front End development, Object Oriented Programming

- Practical AI fluency and strong discovery and MVP scoping skills

- Familiarity with IC-specific compliance frameworks

- Current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship

- Strong written, verbal, and whiteboard communication skills
