We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Transactions Lawyer to join our team. As a leading global law firm, Hogan Lovells provides comprehensive advice on complex M&A transactions and energy and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice on M&A transactions and corporate law matters

- Work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results

- Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on complex transactions

- Develop and maintain expertise in the energy and infrastructure sector

Requirements:

- Two excellent German state bar exams

- Very good English language skills

- Preferably 4-6 years of professional experience

- Strong interest in M&A transactions and corporate law

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
