## Description

We are seeking a Management Analyst SME to join our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) team. As a Management Analyst SME, you will be responsible for conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and services

- Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities

- Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps

- Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to senior-level executives

- Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences

- Collaborate across multiple entities and work with partners outside the US

Requirements:

- TS/SCI with Polygraph required

- Typically requires BS degree and 12 to 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 to 13 years of prior relevant experience

- Familiarity with portfolio, program, and project management discipline

- Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to track upcoming deliverables and ensure team assignments are adequate to ensure all work is delivered on time
