## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Keeping standards high while balancing speed and accuracy

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting your colleagues

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities

In return, you can expect:

- To work part-time hours, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods

- The opportunity to be part of a leading retailer and contribute to its transformation

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 07:00-11:00

- Wednesday: 06:00-10:00

- Friday: 06:00-10:00

**Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.**
