## Description

Spire Methley Park Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Bank basis 0 Hours.

The successful candidate will carry out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. They will also monitor stationery levels and order office supplies, maintain computer and manual filing systems, respond to emails, telephone or face-to-face enquiries, greet and assist visitors to the department, photocopy and print documents on behalf of other colleagues, assist the theatre team in sourcing stock as needed, and reschedule theatre lists and print the theatre lists daily.

The ideal candidate will have experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction, excellent administration skills using different databases and systems, exceptional phone manner, and previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
