Microsoft are looking for a talented Member of Technical Staff, Senior Full Stack Engineer - Copilot Applications at their Mountain View office. Work across team boundaries on problems that span the entire product.

## The Candidate we're looking for

**Experience:**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

**Technical skills:**

- Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend systems

- Proficiency in Python or similar languages for backend development

- Experience building scalable web APIs and services

**Personal attributes:**

- Taste for great product experiences and a drive to ship work that matters

- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move fast in loosely-defined problem spaces

## Benefits

- Software Engineering IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.
