## Description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and manage the facility operations at our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the facility operations, including critical environment engineering maintenance programs, incident and crisis management, health and safety, sustainability programs, cleaning services, landscaping, pest control, and waste management

- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements

- Prepare and manage facilities Capex and Opex spend within the approved budget

- Prepare periodic management reports regarding activity summary, performance level, energy data, maintenance activity, innovation, and incident

- Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and relocations

- Establish and maintain relationships with Landlords, vendors, contractors, and other service providers

- Procurement and Contract administration

- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental standards

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues

- Manage facility requests and ensure works orders are closed on time

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet facilities goals and business objectives

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facilities staff

- Stay current with industry trends and developments, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
