## Description

In our private customer consulting centres across Germany, we combine modern, digital, and hybrid working environments with personalised advice for our customers.

We are looking for a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Nürnberg. As a consultant, you will advise our private customers on various banking topics, including accounts, services, personal loans, and precautionary products, using digital media such as telephone, video consultation, and email.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Provide demand-driven advice to private customers on digital channels

- Take responsibility for a pool of customers, acquire new customers for the digital private customer segment, and continuously develop customer relationships

- Identify needs through standardised consulting processes and refer customers to specialised areas when necessary

- Conduct high-quality consultations over the phone and achieve sales targets

- Actively contribute to the team, promote colleagues' consulting performance, and share your expertise

- Support team leaders with the induction of new employees and take on deputy tasks in daily control

**Your Skills and Experience:**

- You have completed a commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

- You hold a certified certificate as an investment advisor (stored in Workday) or ensure certification before starting consulting activities

- You have particular expertise in digital consulting and sales of personal loans (including hedging) and precautionary products

- You have comprehensive knowledge of the entire private customer product range

- You master the professional use of digital media and utilise the possibilities of the omnichannel-enabled workplace safely and efficiently

- You have profound competence in personal loans, are IDD-certified, and reliably fulfil all regulatory requirements and quality standards in credit and precautionary business

- You possess in-depth know-how in financing and precautionary areas and continuously develop your specialist, sales, process, and digitalisation knowledge

- You appear confident, routine, friendly, and competent, and you have pronounced sales skills and high customer orientation

- You are open to new technologies and use digital applications, including AI-supported tools, to support your daily work
