## Description

We are seeking a Barback ( commis bar ) to support our bartenders and restaurant staff. You will participate in opening and closing procedures and perform various tasks such as replenishing supplies and preparing garnishes.

As a Barback, you will contribute to ensuring high-quality service for our clients in a space where they enjoy spending time. You will work in a team and in staggered hours.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, cleaning tables and counters

- Clear empty glasses and bottles from tables

- Replenish bar supplies (napkins, coasters, etc.)

- Prepare shakers, juices, and cocktail garnishes

- Ensure the replenishment of products needed to prepare different drinks on the menu

- Change beer kegs

- Fill ice bins

- Ensure you have the necessary tools for cleaning the workspace during service

- Assist Bartenders during busy periods and peak hours

- Restock drinks (alcohol, soft drinks) after each service

Profile:

- Be of minimum age to serve alcohol

- Demonstrate an interest in hospitality; previous experience in a bar or restaurant is a plus but not required

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Show a team spirit

- Know the basic elements of bar menus, recipes, and drinks

- Have good physical condition to carry beer kegs, trays

- Have a good presentation in line with our standards
