## Description

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Float, a leading fintech company in Canada. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the experience for one of our major product areas, working alongside engineering and product counterparts.

**Responsibilities**

- You'll be responsible for designing and improving our product areas, specifically Banking and Growth.

- In the Banking area, you'll focus on moving and managing customer funds on Float, which has seen significant growth with customers now holding 4.5x more money with us.

- In the Growth area, you'll work on making it easy for Canadian businesses to switch to Float and use all of our products, which has resulted in a 2x increase in our customer base over the last 18 months.

**Requirements**

- You put customers first, always, and care deeply about delivering meaningful value.

- You act like an owner, taking responsibility for outcomes, stepping up to challenges, and seeking solutions proactively.

- You're comfortable prototyping in code and designing features on top of our real codebase.

- You have an intuition for what makes great software and are comfortable refining the scope of your work with imperfect information.

- You maintain a very high bar for craft, especially around visual and interaction design.
