## Description

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to join our team in the financial services industry. As a Principal, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements that help financial services clients solve complex, strategic challenges and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

- Lead high-impact consulting engagements that help financial services clients solve complex, strategic challenges and drive measurable results.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery (or key modules), including hypothesis development, data gathering, and rigorous analysis to generate actionable insights.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, influencing decisions and expanding long-term partnerships.

- Partner closely with Oliver Wyman leadership to deliver exceptional work quality and raise the bar on client impact.

- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and learning-oriented culture.

- Drive thought leadership by shaping and communicating market insights that strengthen Oliver Wyman’s profile in the financial services industry.

Requirements:

- At least 8-10 years of relevant Financial Services experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organisation) or with industry experience from a strategy department or in-house consulting.

- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.

- Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.

- Financial services industry knowledge, breadth across or depth within one of our practice areas is preferred.

- Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities, and for Principal hires to lead these activities.

- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.

- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.

- Willingness to travel.
