The Executive Director of Accounting for Pharmacy Services oversees financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

**Major Responsibilities**

- Leads department and manages day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

- Ensures compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls by developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.

- Leads working capital budgeting and forecasting process for accounting areas, collaborating with relevant teams to develop accurate and realistic plans.

- Develops relationships with leaders across the organization to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

- Formulates financial strategies and long-term plans in collaboration with senior management, providing financial expertise and insights to support strategic initiatives.

- Implements best practices, technology solutions, and process improvements to optimize financial operations.

- Manages operational aspects of the team, including budget, performance, and compliance, and implements workforce and succession plans.

- Establishes performance expectations, provides guidance and feedback, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

**Required Qualifications**

- 12+ years of relevant work experience

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

- Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry and/or matrixed organizations

**Education**

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

**Pay Range**

$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
