## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stretford Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to:

- Work varying shifts, including Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays

- Be flexible and able to adapt to changing demands

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills

In return, you will receive:

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

Please note that due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
