## Description

We are seeking a Senior Generalist Programmer to join our Paris studio team.

As a Senior Generalist Programmer, you will design and build a powerful and reusable framework for our next-generation games powered by generative AI.

Your goal is to create the foundation that manages technical complexity, allowing our game teams to focus on innovative gameplay and fun.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop a central framework used by multiple productions for rapid prototyping and scalable releases.

- Standardise generic features: build reusable modules for meta-game systems, UI frameworks, and social features.

- Master the SDK ecosystem: manage integration and maintenance of essential third-party SDKs.

- Bridge the GenAI gap: create easy-to-use wrappers and pipelines for real-time GenAI features.

- Release and platform management: streamline the build process and platform-specific deployments.

- Optimisation: ensure the framework is lightweight, efficient, and ready for public distribution.

Qualifications:

- 'Indie Dev' mentality: proactive and versatile, with a strong understanding of Unity, native plugins, and external APIs.

- 'Platform' thinking: enjoy building systems that others will use.

- Full autonomy: comfortable being the owner of the central codebase.

- Technical polyvalence: expert-level understanding of internal Unity mechanics.

- Curiosity for GenAI: enthusiastic about building infrastructure for real-time AI in games.

- Problem solver: results-oriented mindset with experience navigating complex documentation and technical issues.

- Experience: proven track record of developing multiple video games and building reusable systems.

- Communication: fluent English, able to explain complex technical concepts to game designers and artists.
