## Description

Spire St Anthony's Hospital in Sutton is looking for an experienced ICU Staff Nurse to join their friendly intensive care team. You will be caring for level 2/3 patients and will be given the opportunity to work alongside some of the best consultants in the region.

The role involves:

- Providing safe care for Level 2/3 patients in ITU

- Constantly assessing and reassessing patients' health and wellbeing needs across a complex and changing caseload

- Assisting in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs

- Safe handling and sharing of complex, sensitive or contentious information

- Providing effective, safe, high standard care to patients post cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and general surgical procedures

- Assisting the Multi-Disciplinary Team in planning person-centred care

- Ensuring effective communication and accurate documentation at all times

Requirements:

- NMC registered with no restrictions

- ICU experience is essential

- ICU certificate is essential

- Cardiothoracic experience is desirable but not essential

- Strong communication skills
