## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Chicago location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs

- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois

- Ability to lift patients and perform physical activities as needed
