## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Services Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team at HKEX. Our team designs, deploys, and maintains cloud-based solutions, working closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure on AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and Private Cloud.

- Implement best practices for cloud system security measures, deployment activities, and maintenance procedures.

- Deliver cloud projects end-to-end, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment stages.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

- Identify and troubleshoot cloud system issues promptly.

- Support problem resolution and prevention, ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house cloud services.

- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new cloud services as solutions to business needs.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure cloud solutions meet HKEX requirements and standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in cloud engineering, including designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions.

- Understanding of cloud computing architecture and security best practices.

- Knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with automation and scripting languages like Python, Terraform, or Ansible.

- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring tools.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Experience with cloud cost optimization and cost management strategies.
