## Description

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Alumni Graduate program as a Junior Software Developer, working on-site with a leading fintech company in Montreal.

As a software developer with mthree, you will build complex applications in a global team environment. You will create, develop, and maintain applications, working with stakeholders to test and improve them.

Our 24-month Alumni Graduate program begins with 6 weeks of training and coaching, covering the essentials for a successful software development career. After completing the training, you will have the opportunity to work with a top investment bank or technology leader.

Responsibilities:

- Develop complex applications in a global team environment

- Work with stakeholders to test and improve applications

- Acquire essential knowledge of the software development lifecycle

- Adopt an Agile methodology to achieve the best results

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- GPA of 2.75 or higher

- Experience with object-oriented programming

- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles

- Skills in troubleshooting and debugging

- Knowledge of database concepts

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle

- Understanding of test-driven development

- Right to work in Canada without visa sponsorship

- French proficiency may be required for roles in Quebec province
