## Description

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Specialist to support the agency recruitment process, particularly handling agents' contracting at iRecruit and IA license registration at IA online portal.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process agents' contracting, registration, and maintain proper licensing records according to predefined due diligence procedures and control governance.

- Ensure completeness of documents received, including verification supporting documents on academic qualifications.

- Release agent codes to new recruits upon completeness of application documents and granted IA licenses.

- Handle enquiries from internal departments and agencies.

- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the immediate manager.

- Process agent's IA license renewal according to predefined due diligence procedures and control governance.

- Conduct on-the-job coaching/training to junior/new staff.

- Hold in-house briefings to teammates regularly.

- Handle staff problems promptly and properly, report on results efficiently and proactively.

- Provide QA reports to QA officers on a timely manner.

- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

**Job Requirements:**

- College graduate.

- Language skills: English and Cantonese.

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a financial institution, with relevant experience in agency registration/contracing area.

- Interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
