The Partner Strategic Engagement team is looking for a strategic, results-driven marketer to help own and scale events for Agoda's supply partners: hotels, airlines, and activities. Events are strategic levers for partner growth, activation, and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Event Strategy & Business Integration: Translate commercial priorities into event strategies with clear business cases. Contribute to, and at senior levels own, annual roadmaps aligned to growth objectives. Define success metrics beyond attendance (pipeline impact, activation, ROI, incrementality).

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Supply, Partner Digital Marketing, PR, Content, Branding, and Senior Leadership. Align stakeholders with competing priorities. Run structured working sessions and prepare executive updates.

- Program & Project Governance: Lead events and multi-workstream initiatives end to end. Build detailed project plans with risk mitigation and milestone tracking.

- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Build measurement frameworks and post-event impact analysis. Identify key performance levers and iterate based on data.

**Requirements**

- 4+ years of relevant experience.

- Structured Problem-Solving: Ability to turn ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans.

- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with senior stakeholders.

- Execution Excellence: Strong project management discipline.

- Business Orientation: Understands P&L drivers and growth mechanics.
