We are seeking a Staff Electrical Integration Systems Engineer, Edge Compute and Communications to join our team.

**Job Overview** As a systems engineer at Anduril, you will design and manage the next generation of Anduril's flight vehicles. You will lead development for an end-to-end solution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead development for an end-to-end solution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain system components that meet functional and performance requirements in complex system environments

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, scalability, and resilience of software applications, especially within a distributed systems context

- Work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components

- Collaborate with the team to define and document software engineering processes and practices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

**Required Qualifications**

- A passion for systems design, development, integration, and testing

- 12+ years of industry experience including but not limited to electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or systems engineering

- Comfort with systems modeling tools such as Cameo

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to operate effectively in an Agile development environment

- Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience of complex robotic systems

- Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using a common language (e.g., Python, MATLAB, etc.)

- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, and excellent verbal & written communication skills

- A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture

- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance

- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% as needed for test planning and execution, and excitement to work onsite at our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA the rest of the time!

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Hands-on experience with prototyping, troubleshooting, and building complex robotic systems

- Familiarity with IP-based networks

- Experience with mission systems to include communications systems and components

- Familiarity with aviation airworthiness considerations

- Already hold a U.S. Secret security clearance, or higher
