## Description

We are seeking an Art Director to join our Create team at Electronic Arts in Shanghai. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for engaging with one of our key franchise partners and ensuring the quality of the content and partnership.

You will work closely with the team to brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept, and execute on the delivery. You will be responsible for making and completing the commitment, working with the art team on a daily basis, and coordinating with the design team.

You will also communicate closely with external franchise leadership and ADs to ensure alignment with the right direction and keep traction of the changes. You will report to the Create Head of Creative.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Solid experience in game art and game development, with multiple game titles shipped in the role of art director

- Experience in map creation, collaboration with multiple domains, and achieving common targets

- Strong storytelling capability under a consistent visual language

- Ability to provide effective feedback to the art team and maintain team health status

- Fluent English skills, with the ability to run art presentations to internal and external teams

- 10+ years of experience in the game industry, with 5+ years in senior roles (AD or Lead)

- Team leadership experience, with people manager experience preferred
