## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with 2-3 directors in AWS Marketing. You will be responsible for traditional EA duties and exploring innovative ways to leverage technology and AI to enhance productivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with directors to rethink the EA role, leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity

- Manage complex calendars for multiple directors, resolving conflicts and optimizing time allocation

- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, process expense reports, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies

- Track deliverables, attend key meetings, and prepare executives for meetings

- Provide real-time prioritization of business activities, exercising sound judgment and autonomy

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Executive Assistants, recruiting, and team members

- Plan and execute team events, offsites, and celebrations

- Support team operations, including budget tracking, purchase order processing, and onboarding new team members

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience as an Executive Assistant

- Experience with executive-level calendar management

- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience leading process improvements

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
