## Description

Priory Hospital Ayr Clinic is seeking a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join their team.

The clinic, based in Ayr, Scotland, offers low secure services for individuals with mental health diagnoses and/or personality disorders.

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team providing essential support to patients, including:

- Assisting with individual patient care plans and daily tasks

- Providing practical support with personal needs, such as bathing and toileting

- Monitoring patient wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff

- Participating in specific interventions, such as observation and engagement with patients

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least NVQ Level 1 or GCSEs in Mathematics and English

- Basic IT literacy

- Natural empathy and resilience

No prior experience is required, but you will be expected to complete the Care Certificate as part of your probation period.
