## Description

Anthropic's sales organization is growing rapidly, and we need a Head of Enablement Experience & Innovation to reinvent enablement with a Claude-first approach.

You will set the vision and roadmap for a Claude-first approach to enablement, designing experiences tailored to each seller's role, tenure, and live deals.

Key responsibilities:

- Set the vision and roadmap for a Claude-first approach to enablement

- Use Claude to tailor learning to each seller's role, tenure, and live deals

- Design workflows that bring guidance to sellers in the tools they already use

- Lead the learning platform, enablement tools, playbooks, and content hub

- Run enablement like a product, tracking adoption and impact

- Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and the wider Sales Enablement team

- Run fast experiments with new Claude capabilities

Minimum qualifications:

- Deep expertise using AI for enablement or learning at scale

- Background in user experience design, product management, or workflow design

- Experience leading the design and launch of a product or learning experience at scale

- Ability to work with senior sales leaders and frontline managers

- Experience testing and improving programs with sellers and sales leaders

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience building and leading a team of senior enablement professionals

- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role

- Experience at an AI company or an enterprise technology company

- Hands-on experience building with Claude or similar AI tools

The annual compensation range for this role is $310,000-$360,000 USD.
