**Position Summary**

As an AI Solutions Developer, you will leverage cutting-edge AI techniques to develop agents or tools for automation and augmentation use cases in operations. You will execute AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, organisational priorities, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analysing requirements, assessing feasibility, and proposing AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities to address new initiative challenges effectively.

- Collaborating with AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions.

- Determining analytical approaches and modelling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.

- Performing analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilising statistical techniques and mathematical analyses.

- Collaborating with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modelling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics.

- Developing and participating in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on results and solutions.

- Interacting with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialisation.

- Using strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms.

**Required Qualifications**

- 3+ years of relevant AI and/or analytics experience.

- 3+ years' experience programming in Python.

- 3+ years' experience programming in SQL.

- 3+ years' experience working with Cloud technology.

- Experience developing AI/ML-driven products or decision-support tools, familiarity with agentic architecture and deployment.

- Experience developing, implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.

- Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.

- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyse large data sets from multiple data sources.

- Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI orchestration preferred.

- Experience with cloud-based technology platforms and AI solution deployments preferred.

**Education**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Master's degree or PhD preferred.
