## Description

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Essen. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial services to demanding customer groups via telephone and video consultations, focusing on securities products up to risk class 4.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide holistic advice and sales in financial services, with a focus on securities products

- Identify and utilise cross-selling potentials to develop sustainable customer relationships

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional advice and close collaboration with the Regional Advisory Centre and other distribution channels

- Process assigned and self-initiated customer leads, manage sales activities, and maintain a high frequency of appointments and conversations

- Guarantee high service quality, adhering to regulatory and internal requirements, and perform all necessary pre- and after-sales activities

**Requirements:**

- Completed banking training or comparable qualification

- Certified investment advisor with relevant documentation

- Proven experience in advisory and sales, ideally in securities business

- Excellent knowledge of consulting-intensive products, particularly in investments

- Evidence of expertise according to EU Directive on Intermediaries (EU-VRR)

- Evidence of expertise according to the Investor Protection and Function Improvement Act (AnsFuG)

- Strong sales and customer orientation, with enthusiasm for advising demanding customers

- High communication skills and confident demeanour, especially in digital consulting

- Proactive, engaged, and goal-oriented approach

- Analytical thinking and structured working style
