## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Capital Markets division as an Off-Cycle Intern for 3-6 months. As an intern, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Execute small research projects and prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Identify opportunities and develop business cases for new products and services

- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support

- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision making in Capital Markets

**Analyst Expectations:**

- Meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through transactional processing and customer service

- Perform routine and specific tasks as assigned, focusing on quality execution

- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Gain and maintain an understanding of how assigned duties contribute to the activities of the team

- Follow detailed and defined rules/instructions and make simple judgements in straightforward situations

**Requirements:**

- Penultimate or final year of degree in any discipline

- Fluent in English and French

- Keen interest in business and finance, and a curiosity to learn

- Resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
