## Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Partner Success Specialist to join our growing team.

As a Partner Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maximizing our partners' performance on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top-tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

- Drive the commercial growth of existing partners;

- Oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt;

- Use data insights to identify opportunities for partners, propose tailored campaigns, and provide high-level consultation to boost results;

- Act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication and supporting expansion opportunities;

- Ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.

Our humble expectations:

- 2-3 years of experience in account development, sales; experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus;

- Analytical thinking - strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale;

- Project management - skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation;

- Ownership - proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude;

- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
