## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our AlphaTauri team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing production status, managing collections, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

- Manage production status and strategically manage collections

- Engage with suppliers to ensure up-to-date availability forecasts and address any delays

- Coordinate transportation from factories and work with forwarders to minimise costs

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of essential documentation

- Identify and implement strategies for improving costs and service levels

- Coordinate apparel purchasing operations, including placing orders and negotiating prices

- Support project management activities to ensure on-time delivery of products

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a comparable field

- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel

- Experience with SAP and other supply chain management systems

- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills

- Flexibility, strong prioritisation, and time management skills

- Analytical way of thinking and reliability

Location: Fuschl am See, Austria Salary: €2,334 gross per month (minimum salary according to collective agreement)
