## Description

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Plasterer to join our maintenance team. As a Multi-Trade Plasterer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Diagnose faults and determine the correct remedial work

- Carry out all aspects of plastering, including repairs and new installations

- Perform associated tasks such as timber stud removal and renewal, skirting and architrave refitting, and surface preparation

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring residents are satisfied with the work

- Maintain and safeguard tools, equipment, and company vehicles

- Dispose of debris and ensure work areas are left clean and tidy

- Accurately record work details, including materials used and time spent

- Follow health and safety regulations to minimize risk to yourself and others

**What We're Looking For:**

- Proven experience as a plasterer with multi-trade skills

- Ability to diagnose faults and determine appropriate repairs

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
