## Description

The Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is responsible for managing all renewal aspects of the relationship with a defined set of customers and retaining existing contract revenue.

You will:

- Develop and execute a renewal plan for assigned strategic accounts

- Proactively provide a clear picture to management of high-risk renewal accounts and mitigation strategies

- Ensure customer training and product utilisation

- Oversee the overall renewal lifecycle, including pricing, contracting, invoicing, and client support

- Support new sales into existing accounts

- Review clients' risk management processes and align them with Dow Jones' third-party risk management solutions

You have:

- 3-5 years of proven success in client engagement, customer success, or account management

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive

- Analytical and process-oriented mindset

- Excellent project management and organisational skills
