## Description

We are seeking a 3-5 PQE solicitor to join our expanding abuse team in Glasgow at Davies. You will handle a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse cases for both insurer and uninsured clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct forensic reviews and analysis of relevant documents.

- Analyse liability, quantum, and causation.

- Assist in drafting advice and reviewing files to assess litigation strategy.

- Prepare witness statements, instructions to experts and counsel, and draft court documents.

- Liaise with clients and attend site visits.

- Assist in business development initiatives, including drafting articles and attending events.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. The primary location for this role is the Glasgow Office, although we operate flexible working.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Litigation experience between 3-5 years.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and forensic skills.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

- Experience of sensitive and complex claims and time recording is preferable.
