## Description

We are seeking a Group Manager for Project Management in Östergötland, with placement in Linköping or Norrköping.

As a Group Manager, you will lead an engaged team, develop our business, and be an active part of exciting assignments. You will have a central role in our continued development in Sydöst, leading an experienced team of project managers/building managers and specialists while contributing to strengthening our market position and creating new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing project managers and specialists.

- Being responsible for the group's results, competence development, and work environment.

- Contributing to business development, growth, and strategic initiatives.

- Developing long-term customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

- Driving sales and marketing activities together with the team.

- Acting in your own projects as a project manager, project owner, or senior advisor.

To qualify, you have experience from the construction sector and a background in project management, design management, construction management, or similar operations. You are a leader who creates engagement, builds trust, and gets people to develop. You see opportunities, think business-like, and like to create long-term relationships with both customers and employees.
