Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice in Tallahassee, FL. The Workers' Compensation Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases and hearings. This is a rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build out a new, rapidly developing statewide workers’ compensation practice on behalf of our Firm.

Responsibilities:

- Handle cases and hearings on a day-to-day basis

- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guide clients through the case process

- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits

- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association

- Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
