## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Mortgage to join our team in New Delhi.

**Job Summary:** As a Sales Manager – Mortgage, you will be responsible for increasing acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments. You will also build and strengthen a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Increase acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments.

- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.

- Build and strengthen strong network of direct sales agencies in the market.

- Have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.

- Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.

**Requirements:**

- In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy.

- Good Communication skill.

- Good negotiation skill.

- Market update and knowledge.

- Awareness and information about the competition.
