## Description

An opportunity for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly and supportive practice in Putney, SW London, to cover a maternity post for 6 months (4-6 sessions).

We are a fantastic team of GPs, Nurses, HCAs, PCN roles, and Administrative staff working to better the lives of patients in Putney in South West London. We are well regarded in Wandsworth for high-quality patient care and hold a 4.5/5 Google rating, reflecting the positive experiences of our patients.

Our practice is well situated close to Putney High St, with easy access to coffee shops and transport links, doctors' parking available, and the river nearby.

GP working is fully supported by a team of clinicians on site, including a full-time pharmacist, FCP physios, Physicians Assistant, Social prescriber, and a comprehensive admin team with care coordinators and a referral and patient services hub.

Clinic appointments are 15 minutes long, with patient preference for F2F or telephone. Well-established online (AccuRx) and telephone triage is carried out separately by clinicians and care navigators to ensure triage information is available for appointments and a smooth pathway for patients.

We offer the full range of primary care services for our 22,000+ patients, including minor surgery and joint injections, special interests in dermatology, diabetes, paediatrics, and maternity care, and GP training and development.
