## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Live Producer to lead the Live Service direction for FC Mobile. As a Live Producer, you will own the long-term Live strategy and product roadmap, working across various teams to create a compelling and sustainable experience for players.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Live Service/F2P mobile game design, ideally in a senior or lead product/design role. You will be responsible for:

- Owning the Live Service strategy and roadmap, defining priorities across engagement, retention, and monetization

- Leading the Live Design team and evolving Live systems and features that support long-term player motivation and a healthy game economy

- Building a strong seasonal and event framework around the real-world football calendar, major tournaments, clubs, players, and football culture

- Connecting Gameplay, progression, events, and monetization into a coherent long-term player journey

- Partnering closely with Live Operations, Community, Marketing, Analytics, and Development teams to align product priorities and execution

- Using player insights, community feedback, and data to identify opportunities and continuously improve the Live experience

- Balancing the needs of different player segments, from casual football fans to highly engaged competitive and paying players

- Supporting and mentoring the Live Design team, improving design quality, product thinking, and decision-making

- Contributing to the overall product direction and priorities of the game beyond the immediate Live roadmap
