## Description

NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end NVLINK, InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables, and software to support networking technologies.

As a Local NPI Engineer, you will provide on-site engineering support for all Assembly and Process issues. You will be based at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico. Your responsibilities will include:

- Escorting and Process Validation activities and DOEs

- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements

- Driving CMs to excellence in aspects of manufacturing process, quality management and HVM mindset

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including knowledge of PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes

- Experience in leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process

- Familiarity with ICT / JTAG technology and/or functional tests

- Well-organized and detail-oriented

- Excellent English, reading, writing, and presentation capabilities
