## Description

Shield AI is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and manage software proposals and purchase agreements for domestic and international customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and robotics technology and software products, and will be responsible for:

- Managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Developing strategies for high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals

- Serving as the primary cross-functional owner of each proposal

- Maintaining strict configuration management of all documentation

- Authoring technical content for requests for information, abstracts, and quad charts

- Supporting account executives to close deals and grow revenue

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3-5+ years of proposal management experience

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience

- Exposure to proposal methodologies such as Shipley

- Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience managing commercial proposals and agreements

- Strong understanding of AI and robotics technology

- Familiarity with software products, particularly Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs)

- Eligibility for Secret+ security clearance
