## Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with The Menta Group, you will work with students to provide speech-language assistance in accordance with the students' IEPs.

The role involves:

- Supervising students, in groups and individually, to ensure their behavior aligns with programmatic expectations.

- Providing educational direction and support during times of confusion, frustration, and emotional upset.

- Developing and updating IEP goals and progress reports for your student caseload.

- Delivering Speech-Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP.

- Maintaining accurate related service logs updated weekly.

- Working 2 total days per week during work hours, with flexibility.

- Participating in compensated intrastate travel as required.

The position requires:

- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited university program.

- A current Speech-Language Pathology license from IDFPR.

- Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) is preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is welcomed.

In terms of compensation and benefits:

- The hourly wage range is $43.41 - $46.51.
